Refunds and Cancellation charges apply to ALL bookings
REFUNDS: Full refund of fee in the case of a Universal Aunt already confirmed / engaged being prevented from taking up the assignment and a replacement is not available. 
BOOKING CANCELLATION AND CHARGES:
Calendar days before assignment:
0-5 days inclusive: ½ agency fee and 3 days payment to Aunt
Refunds and cancellation charges are at the sole and absolute discretion of Universal Aunts.
